Two Cherokee County residents were placed under arrest on drug charges during the early morning hours of Sunday.

Anissa Paige Anglin, age 25, and Sara Brena Kubach, age 26, both of Cedar Bluff – were each charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Anglin was additionally charged with Probation Revocation.

Both were booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 2:30 that morning, where they remain awaiting a bond hearing.
