Two Charged with Kidnapping and Killing Kamille McKinney Set to Appear in Court Monday

The two individuals charged with the kidnapping and killing of Kamille McKinney will be in court on Monday.  Both are charged with capital murder in connection with the death of the three year old.

Patrick Stallworth will make his initial appearance in Jefferson County Circuit Court to hire an attorney; Derick Irisha Brown, who is also scheduled to appear in court, has already had an attorney appointed to represent her,

If convicted, both could face the death penalty.

Kamille McKinney was abducted during a birthday party on October 12th and her body was found ten days later inside a dumpster at a landfill.

Both Stallworth and Brown currently remain in jail.
