According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver Cherokee County deputies arrested two individuals on drug charges Sunday (June 3rd) in the Kirk’s Grove community, including a Georgia fugitive.
Bobby Shane Hudgins, age 34, and Destin Skye Brock age 27 from Rome were both arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Hudgins is a fugitive out of Floyd County, wanted for a Probation Violation.
Both were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center and booked in just before 1:00pm.
Hudgins will be extradited to Georgia upon his release from Cherokee County.
