Two Hurt in Two Vehicle Accident on Highway 35 Thursday Afternoon

Gaylesville Firefighters and Floyd EMS units were called to the scene of a two vehicle accident occurring on Highway 35 near Brad’s One Stop early Thursday afternoon.  According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report – the wreck took place at 12:10pm – and involved a 2006 Ford driven by a male resident of Gaylesville and a 2007 Pontiac, driven by a female resident of Centre.

The driver of the Ford was unhurt – however, the driver of the Pontiac – along with a male passenger, also a resident of Centre was listed on the report as being hurt in the mishap.   No additional information regarding the condition of either party has been released.

That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
