A two-vehicle accident at the red light across from the CVS in Centre, sent two people to the hospital on Friday morning. Centre Police and Firefighters Cherokee EMS and the Cherokee County Rescue Squad responded to the scene at approximately 10:15.
Both drivers were reportedly transported by ambulance to Gadsden Regional for treatment of their injuries – we’ll have more information when the Centre Police Department releases the accident report.
