According to Ft Payne Police reports, a Leesburg man, 46 year old Roger Lee Frix, operating a 2001 Harley Davidson, collided with a 2007 Chrysler 300 being driven by 23 year old Alan Layva of Dutton on Wednesday (July 4th).
That accident took place at the intersection of 1000 Gault Avenue South and 10th Street SW
Frix was taken to Huntsville Hospital by DeKalb Ambulance Service meanwhile a passenger on the motorcycle, 46 year old Jewel Annette Frix of a White, Georgia address, was air-lifted to Huntsville Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
That accident remains under investigation by Ft Payne Police.
