UPDATED
There was a two-vehicle accident Thursday morning at approximately 7:10, taking place on Alabama Highway 68 near County Road 48 at Sand Rock.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that mishap involved a 2014 Chevrolet driven by a female resident of Piedmont, and a 2004 Pontiac that was being driven by a male resident of Gaylesville – fortunately, no one was injured in the mishap.
That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
