A two-vehicle accident occurred in Centre at around 11:20 Thursday morning, on the Cedar Buff Road at the intersection of Powell Drive.
That accident involved a 2015 Jeep Compass driven by 38 year old Kelia Burleson of Centre and a 2001 Ford F-250 being driven by 49 year old William Jones of Cedar Bluff. Burleson escaped injury and Jones was apparently only shaken up, being checked out at the scene by Cherokee EMS medics.
The Centre Police and Fire Departments also responded.
