iStock/Thinkstock(DENVER) — United Airlines Flight 296 rolled into a grassy area while taxiing on Sunday night, according to officials at Denver International Airport.
There were no reported injuries.
The Airbus A319 aircraft was en route to Reno, Nevada, when it “partially rolled off the taxiway prior to making its turn onto the runway,” according to a statement from United.
According to the Federial Aviation Administration, the brakes failed causing the aircraft nose wheel to roll into the grass.
