Vandals Strike Coates Bend Volunteer Fire & Rescue Building

Investigators are asking for the publics’ assistance in gathering information about recent criminal mischief in the Coates Bend community, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

The exterior of the Coates Bend Volunteer Fire and Rescue building was vandalized with graffiti over the weekend.  A storm shelter and adjacent building were also damaged with spray paint.  Profane language and racial slurs can be seen in bright pink and lime green colors on the buildings.
