We have reports of a single-vehicle accident taking place Tuesday morning on County Road 15, just south of County Road 46, where the vehicle had left the roadway and struck a tree – injuring the driver.
The driver, identified on the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report as Joshua Washburn-Harris of Arab, Alabama was reportedly able to exit that vehicle under his own power.
That wreck, which occurred at 5:55am, remains under investigation by state troopers.
