The Alabama Department of Public Health has scheduled a drive-thru vaccination clinic for Wednesday at the Cherokee County Rescue Squad Building located on Cedar Bluff Road in Centre. 

Cherokee County EMA Director Shawn Rogers wants everyone to understand that this clinic is ONLY for those that have made a prior appointment 

Please don’t show up expecting to get the vaccine if you have not already scheduled an appointment. Appointments will be verified prior to receiving the vaccine due to the limited amount of vaccine available. 

You will be required to wait 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine to ensure you don’t experience an allergic reaction. Again this vaccination clinic is only for those who have already scheduled an appointment.
