Etowah County deputies say that a woman has been located and arrested in connection to her 3-week-old son’s death in 2013.
Cassie Lee Cranford Rivera was found at a residence in Attalla. The boy’s father, Alberto Rivera, has already been arrested. Both are charged with capital murder.
Terry Wayne Rogers was also arrested when Cassie Rivera was apprehended. He will be charged with hindering prosecution.
