Woman Wanted for Failure to Appear in Cherokee County Arrested in Rome

A 19 year old woman wanted for failure to appear here in Cherokee County, is now in jail in northwest Georgia.

Alexia Marie McGuire, from Trion in Chattooga County, Georgia is now residing in the Floyd County Jail after being picked up on a felony charge of being a fugitive from justice.  She has Failure to Appear warrants locally for Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft of Property 2nd Degree – and three counts of Burglary 3rd Degree.

According to jail records she was arrested at a location on Martha Berry Boulevard in Rome
